Hi and welcome to my Web Site.  This site is dedicated to the greatest way of life. "Scootering".  That is all things to do with Scooters and Scootering.  It all started for me back in the Mid 1980's although as far back as 1978 I dreamed of owning a Vespa or Lambretta.  I used to read motorcycle yearbooks of the late 70's dreaming of owning a Vespa PX or a Lambretta GP as the yearbooks of that era showed.

My dream finally came true in 1980 when I managed to salvage an unused Vespa Rally 200 that had been left to rot by a school friends father.  The clutch was in a very bad way although with a bit of time and patients it started after about the twentieth kick in his back garden.  It was a 1972 Vespa Rally 200 Electronic in the original yellow GPO/BT type colour.  Well that was the colour that showed in between the rusted through floor and the surface rusted panels and mudguard.

This is not an actual picture of My Rally 200 but it is how the one looked that I managed to purloin except that picture has an intact floor and it is the red model.  

Owning this went totally against the grain with my father being a real motorcyclist in the 60's although will admit to riding his friends SS180 with Wahl Phillips Fuel injectors fitted.

So there I was by the age of about 11 with a scooter and outcast by my father.  I did not care it was a passion and desire that I had and always will have.
